Pals Paper Arts Challenge 207

I was happy to see the colors for the Pals Paper Art challenge.  I was intending to make this card for the fourth of July so I just moved it up a bit.  When I first saw the Two Kind stamp set, I saw fireworks.  I thought the blooms were perfect for exploding fireworks and had planned out the card I wanted.  This is a single layer card with a lot of bling on it.  But, hey, if you have fireworks, you need some bling!

I used night of navy ink and stamped off one time before stamping on the whisper white card stock.  Using real red ink and the distressed stripes stamps from PaperTrey Ink, I created a flag at the bottom of the card, using the smaller bloom for the “stars”.  I then attempted to put the bling in rows like stars.

I made this card a couple of days ago but didn’t have a chance to photo and post.  My apologies to the other stamper who made a card using the Two Kind set as well.  I hope she will not be offended that I decided to post my card anyway.

Love the unstructured nature of this card. Almost ethereal! Gorgeous!
