Mistletoe and Holly...
Retro Rubber Challenge 2!

Give Thanks...

I set out to do all Thanksgiving cards until Thanksgiving.  Well, that plan went out the window yesterday!  But at least today I have a semi Thanksgiving card for you.  I used one of the trees from the SU! Festival of Trees stamp set and decided to make it look fallish.  Is that a word?  I don’t think so.  Anyway, I stamped the tree in four colors – taking the tree from spring to fall.

I used the sentiment from the SU! Holiday Invitation stamp set.  I love the font and it looks really good embossed.  Before you think I made a mistake on the backing of the sentiment – I did that on purpose.  I really didn’t care for the entire flag to be surrounded by the soft suede.

I wish I would have thought of this card for my card club this month.  It would have been quite easy to mass produce.  I am playing along with the Sugar Pea Designs monthly challenge of give thanks.

Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies:  CS:  SU! naturals – white, soft suede.  Stamps:  SU! Festival of Trees and Holiday Invitation.  Inks:  SU! mossy meadow, cajun craze, crushed curry, and soft suede.  Other:  SU! gold embossing powder, button and twine.

Fun idea - it does look fallish. It's a word, I know it. lol

I love the font of that sentiment, and the flags. It's amazing!!
