Retro Rubber Challenge 1...
Comfort and Joy...

Merry tag...

I am really bad at wrapping presents let alone adding a beautiful tag to the gift.  Isn’t that awful?  I do all this paper crafting and never seem to have anything ready to use when I need it!  So I am going to try to make a tag every now and again in hopes of building up a supply.  I guess we shall see if I get that accomplished!

This was a fairly simple tag to put together.  I used PTI’s tag sale 9 and a little washi to perk up the edges.  Another dab of washi on a piece of scratch paper was used to punch the tree.  I added a few stamps and a sentiment and I was done.  I went looking for some twine to use to tie the tags together when I came across this beautiful silver ribbon instead.  Surprisingly I didn’t add any rhinestones and I think that would have made a nice addition.

Come back tomorrow – I made a couple of cards using the SU! Gentle Peace stamp set and plan to post those over the next couple of days.

Don’t forget to play along with the Retro Rubber Challenge – use your oldest stamps to make a project and then link up to the challenge!

Thanks for stopping by!
