Patchwork tree...
November 14, 2014
Today is a quick clean and simple card. I made a patchwork tree from scraps of dsp that I have saved for quite a while. They finally came in handy!
I used the PTI polka dot parade #9 die that cuts the layers of the tree separately. It is pretty handy. The die is in one piece but spaced to allow you to layer in paper and then cut all at once.
I glued the image to some very vanilla and backed that with island indigo (which looks more blue in this picture than it should). Then popped the ovals up on early espresso, added twine and a button and was done.
I really like this little die and plan to do a few more cards with it.
Thanks for stopping by today!
