Retro Rubber Challenge #6...
Argyle Sweaters...

Today is all about relaxation and serenity.  Everybody ready?  Think calming thoughts or better yet, get to stamping!  I bought this pure innocence serenity stamp set from MFT when they were closing out some of their stamp sets.  This lil gal just appealed to me. 1 (511x640)

So I stamped her on some PTI rustic cream and colored her in some relaxing colors.  Someone once told me that blue is supposed to be soothing and relaxing.  Maybe, maybe not.  I just like the colors of this paper so I put them to good use. 2 (640x446)The sentiment is perfectly matched to the image – there are days when we all need to take a deep breath!  I followed this week’s sketch challenge at My Favorite Things.  Everything just came together.

Thanks for stopping by today!  Remember to take a deep breath and relax!

Supplies:  CS:  PTI rustic cream.  SU! crumbcake and print poetry dsp.  Stamps:  MFT pure innocence – serenity.  Other:  MFT pierced oval stax.  Memento black ink.  Chalk.  Colored pencils.

All of the tension left me as I read your blog! LOL - definitely a sweet and soothing card, Jane!
