Retro Rubber Challenge #8...
Topiary tree...

Wishing you well...

Happy Wednesday!  I am playing along with the Reverse Confetti sketch challenge today.  I have acquired quite a few stamp and die sets from RC and like to play along with their challenge each month.  I decided to show the sketch so you could see what I tried to achieve with my card.

Instead of using the long skinny strip, I opted to do inlaid die cutting with the perfect paisley dies.  The square was made with the square tag and embellished with flowers and some bling.  Finally the small skinny strip is made with the strings on the tag. 5 (497x640)

I took quite a bit of license with the sketch but am pleased with how it turned out!  And I finally managed to put some bling on a card for the first time this week! 6 (640x502)

Thanks for stopping by today!  Don’t forget about the Retro Rubber eyelet challenge – there is still time to play!

Supplies:  CS:  SU! island indigo and soft sky.  PTI white.  Stamp and dies:  RC perfectly paisley, square tag and petals n posies.  PTI linen impression plate.  Petals n posies stamp set.  Other:  rhinestone and twine.
