Today I am playing along with the Pals Paper Arts color challenge and the Sunday Stamps color challenge. The colors are basically the same for both challenges – PPA has early espresso, sahara sand and marina mist; Sunday Stamps has dark and light browns, light blue and white/vanilla. So I decided to enter this card in both challenges.
I have had these wonderful stamps and dies from Papertrey Ink called bitty bouquets for a couple of months. And they have been waiting for the right moment for their debut!
I started off with a card base of early espresso and then added a card front of sahara sand. I used old olive and marina mist to stamp the flower and then die cut it to pop it up on the card front. I tucked the sentiment next to the die cut.
I did use my trusty linen impression plate on the sahara sand. This plate adds just the right touch on this card. That and a few pearls and candy dots!
Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure to stop in tomorrow!
