Retro Rubber Challenge #15 part two...
Smile and the world smiles with you...

Color outside the lines...

Today’s fun card is inspired by The Card Concept theme challenge and the current CAS(E) this Sketch challenge!

I started off with my Reverse Confetti arrow and die cut two arrows out of some cherry wood veneer paper and then lobbed off the arrow part.  Then I stamped the sentiment in black and added the crushed cucumber stripes across the word color.

I thought the sketch and the theme (I chose to use the green and white stripes of the straws and the creamy color of the cupcakes for my card) were fun to create and I am quite pleased with how they turned out!  A clean and simple card!

Hello Jane, how nice to discover your blog :)
your card looks like you took the essential of both the photo and the sketch... I love in particular the texture on your background, and the use of the wood veneer: amazing !
