Steppin' Out...

I bought these cute Papertrey Ink Fancy Footwork stamps when they first came out quite a while ago and they have been cooling their heels (pun intended) on the shelf all of this time!  But I wanted to play along with this week’s CAS(E) this Sketch and thought I could use these stamps in some way to make this sketch work.

So I stamped the footsteps in calypso coral and mint macaron and then added the sentiment.  It probably doesn’t work so well for the sketch unless you flip the sketch sideways but I liked how well the colors and steps came out.

I ran the card front thru the linen impression plate just to add the finishing touch!

Thanks for stopping by today!  Be sure to pop in tomorrow!!

Supplies:  CS:  PTI white.  SU! calypso coral.  Stamps:  PTI fancy footwork.  Inks:  SU! mint macaron, calypso coral.  Memento black.  Other:  PTI linen impression plate.

Oh I couldn't agree with you more ... your sentiment, and your decision to use this stamp for the sketch!!! Such fun! Thanks for playing cards with us at CTS!
