Burnt Flamingos...

Hello all! Today’s card was made for two challenges – The Card Concept (inspiration) and RetroSketches (sketch).

I adhered some pattern paper at an angle onto the card base and then stamped the flamingo legs directly onto the pattern paper. After which I popped the flamingos up a bit on the pattern paper. I know that flamingos are traditionally pink but I think these may be on the burnt side of pink since I cut them from some cajun craze paper.

A little bling surrounds the flamingos and the sentiment was placed in the corner to help balance the card.

Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure to pop in tomorrow!

Supplies: CS: PTI rustic cream. SU! cajun craze. Pattern paper. Stamps/Dies: Reverse Confetti fabulous flamingos and dies. Reverse Confetti give thanks. Other: Memento black.

Trying to get to your original RR#27 post and keep coming across all these cool cards you have been making...LOL. I love flamingoes, I love what you have done here, matching the colour of the Flamingoes to your flowery paper, makes them really stand out. Love it. Cx
