Retro Rubber Challenge #27...

Welcome to a new challenge at Retro Rubber! This time we have a color challenge for you – colors perfect for the fall season. Just use blackberry bliss, hello honey, old olive, and baked brown sugar or colors similar in your project.

RRCB 27

I started off by stamping a distressed tag in old olive on white cardstock. I colored my image with blackberry bliss on the pot, old olive for the grass, and hello honey and more mustard on the sheaths of grain.

I added a bit of shading to the right of the tag and added the sentiment. A few bits of twine and a button and I was done!

You and Debbie provided two lovely ways of using the same stamp set. Love this CAS version, Jane. My favorite detail is the button and fibers... sweet!

Leigh Penner

This is wonderful! I love how you added the different colours of twine! Great take on the sketch!

Debbie Mageed

Wow! Such a coincidence that we went for the same stamp set for this color challenge. I really can't imagine how that happened. Your card is wonderful and has just the right touch for a beautiful CAS card. Now, for the next challenge, I am thinking of ... (did you read my mind?)

Christine Traversa

Love visiting your blog! So many great ideas here! So creative how you stamped your sentiment! Thanks for the great inspiration!

Claire Grantham

Love this Jane, the tag is gorgeous. So fun to see 2 of the team use the same stamp differently. You really are a CAS Queen. Cx
