A Love Of Chevrons...
February 11, 2016
Today’s fun card is for the Sunday Stamps color challenge. The colors are dark and light brown, grey and dark red. Perfect for making a masculine Valentine’s Day card.
I have had this chunky chevron die and thought it would be perfect to showcase these colors. I wanted some pops of color against a white background. So I die cut the cover plate in white and adhered it to a white card base.
Then I die cut the chevrons out of SU! sahara sand, chocolate chip, and cherry cobbler and added two of each color to the white frame. I stamped the sentiment in grey (but it looks black) and added a couple of enamel dots and rhinestones.
Thanks for stopping by today! Be sure to pop in tomorrow!
Supplies: CS: SU! thicker whisper white, sahara sand, chocolate chip and cherry cobbler. Inks: PTI smokey shadow. Stamps: PTI keep it simple valentine. Dies: MFT chunky chevron cover up. Other: SU! enamel dots and rhinestones.

Oh, this is so pretty! Love the different colored chevron pieces in a row with just the right amount of bling! Thanks so much for joining Sunday Stamps! this week!
