February Pals Blog Hop...

2016badge-watermelon

Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for February 2016. We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month we are CASE-ing a project shown in a current Stampin’ Up! catalog. After all, with the Annual, Occasions and Sale-a-Bration catalogs available right now, there is much inspiration to choose from. We hope you enjoy our creations.

You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

How fun is this blog hop! I am casing the peach card project on page 47 of the Occasions Catalog! I thought it was a fun card that I could switch up and make in to a romantic card!

I used the dots and stripes stencils and some cherry cobbler ink to stencil my background and then added the splatter stamp from Timeless Textures. I stamped the sentiment and then used my circle framelits to die cut it and a piece of cherry cobbler to back the sentiment.

Using the banner die from the large numbers framelits and some glitter paper (glitter alert!) I cut the banner and placed underneath my circles along with some metallic silver thread. I added that cute red heart using my confetti heart punch. That’s it! From Peaches to Romance!

Thanks for visiting. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!

Adorable, Jane! At first I said "huh" and then I realized the similarity of layout and details with an utterly different focal image layout. You really did take this from peaches to romance. So very well done, Pal.... Off to pin for another CASE, LOL....

Debbie Mageed

Jane, you stunned me with this beautiful CAS card! I love how you used the inspiration card to make something so sweet for a Valentine (or any time) card. Love it!!

Kalyn

Jane I love the use of the stencil for the background. It really adds so much to the overall look. I need to pull out my stencils and get to using them! Nicely done.

Patti MacLeith

I really like how you CASEd this card, Jane!

Tricia Chuba

What a wonderful CASE!

Rae Harper

Great CASE Jane! You took a seemingly masculine stamp set and turned it 180 degrees! Fantastic.

Debbie Crowley

Ditto to Rae. So pretty and simple. Love your CASE.

Lisa Ann Bernard

Cute card. To cute with the (glitter alert) warning. Was that for BK? LOL
