Retro Rubber Challenge #33...
March 01, 2016
Welcome to a new Retro Rubber Challenge! Today it is all about a sketch! The possibilities are endless! Use any shape you wish!
I am feeling a bit of spring fever so I went with tulips! In rainbow colors! After stamping, I die cut the tulips and popped them up on my white card base.
I dug thru my stash for a springy sentiment and came up with this one. No surprise that I had never used it before but I quite liked it and felt like it fit with the tulips. Both the image and the sentiments come from sets that are at least two years old.
Now it is your turn! Be sure to play along with us! Link up HERE!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Supplies: CS: PTI white. Inks: SU! real red, pumpkin pie, daffodil delight, garden green and elegant eggplant. Other: SSS floral bookmark and dies. Lil Inkers spring sentiments. PTI linen impression plate.
Looks like a great challenge!! I hope I get to participate. I love the freshness of your card! I am WAY ready for spring!

Love your line up of Tulips in all the colors of the Rainbow Jane, I love your sentiment, it says it all!! This is one of the best things about this challenge blog, that we get to rummage through our beloved old stamp sets and give them a chance to shine again.
Thank you for sharing.
Big Hugs,
Maria.

Jane, I am beginning to believe that you make a lovely card and then come up with the sketch. This is so very sweet. I do believe there are many of us ready for Spring to take us away on a journey of soft breezes and springy colors. Definitely a great combination of two stamp sets...

LOL I am thinking the same thing - the sketch was perfectly made for this gorgeous card! I could not have come up with anything better than this, that's for sure, so I am now glad that I got sick and left town. Winter hit my area late this year so I hope we get some pretty flowers before June!
