June Pals Blog Hop...

2016badge-lagoon

We are thankful you stopped by to take a look at our new 2016 Blog Hop monthly themes.  This month we are featuring projects that are based on “B“ themes such as Birthday, Bride or Baby. We hope to provide you with lots of ideas and that you enjoy our creations.

You may just be starting the Blog Hop or may have come from the previous link from the Line-up on the Pals Blog Hop listing shown below.  The full lineup will help you move along from blog to blog so you may see all the projects.

Hello all! I am so glad you are hopping along with us today! My B word today is birthday! I have been wanting to play with the Balloon Builders stamp set and since I needed a birthday card anyway – two birds, one stone!

I started by creating the balloon wiener dog with several of these builder stamps. I tried quite a number of different balloons until I got the shape of the dog I wanted. Perseverance pays off!

Next I stamped the balloon and drew the string. Finally, using some ink and a cotton ball, added the sky and ground. I decided to keep the diagonal going by placing the sentiment at a diagonal as well. A fun, whimsical card for the party animal in your life!

Thanks for visiting. To continue with the hop, please refer to the Blog Hop Line-up below. We hope to see you on next month’s Pals Blog Hop!

Oh goodness, Jane, this is absolutely adorable!! Your "weiner" dog looks happy and having fun, just like the person will when they receive this card. Love it!!

A flying wiener dog balloon! Love it!

This was one of a couple of stamp sets that had no appeal for me but you have created the most darling party animal birthday card of all. You definitely need to submit it to Mary's Sunday cards... And I am off to pin.... :)

Karen Zaring Browning

Tracy
