Retro Rubber Challenge #51...

Welcome to the new Retro Rubber Challenge! This challenge is a color inspiration challenge with a thankful theme thrown in.

RRCB 51

I started with the wheat image from the Stampin’ Up! set Truly Grateful. It’s been out since at least 2013. I stamped it in crushed curry and then added the sentiment from the PTI Autumn Hills set (circa 2012).

After die cutting the card front using a stitched rectangle, I layered it on two other stitched rectangles. I wanted to make sure I put all the colors in so I added a few strips underneath everything.

You always inspire me with your CAS cards, Jane. I would have never thought to use the colored cardstock like this but as soon as you do it, I absolutely love it! Fantastic sentiment image as well. Hope you are having a great weekend, my friend!

Never would have thought to use all the colorful panels for the background, but wow--what a great card!
