I used my markers to ink up the image in crisp cantaloupe, calypso coral, pear pizzazz and garden green.

I stamped this sweet image and used my colored pencils and some chalk to showcase the image.

Retro Rubber Challenge #54 part two...

There’s still time for you to play along with the Retro Rubber Challenge! Just use snow on a card and you are good to go!

RRCB 54

This is one of those cards that looked so much better in my head! I used white ink to stamp the snow flakes and add snow to the branches and you can hardly see either in the pictures. I tried several different ways to photo and maybe the lesson here is to use white embossing powder or invest in better white ink!

Www.seejanestamp.com rrcb 54 3 (522x640)

Anyway, I started with my tree images in green and then added the white.   I added the sentiment and then die cut the square. A little bit of washi and the card was done.

You've Got A Friend In Me...

Today’s card was made for the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge. And it allowed me to use my brand new super cute stamp set from SU! I have also been singing the song “you’ve got a friend in me” from Toy Story ever since I created this card! So don’t be surprised if you start singing it too!

I started by stamping the image on white and then coloring with my pencils and adding a bit of chalk around the image.

Www.seejanestamp.com fms 1 (549x640)

Then I backed the image with a piece of poppy parade and some plaid paper before adhering to a card base of white. A trip thru the linen impression plate completed the card.

Note Of Thanks...

Back before we had problems with the As You See It challenge website, I had made up this card for the sketch challenge which we currently have going. So I thought I would post it for today!

#141 1.13.17

I started by die cutting pierced fishtail, a pierced rectangle and a mini scallop stitched rectangle out of coordinating papers. Then I stamped the flower image on the white square and layered everything together.

Www.seejanestamp.com aysi 141 1 (640x531)

I stamped the sentiment and die cut the washi tape shape, popped it up over the other papers and added a button to finish everything off.

Thanks for stopping by today! I am off for the weekend and will be back on Monday with some more crafty goodness!

MFT pierced fishtail flags, pierced squares, mini scallop stitched squares, and washi tape. Stamps: SU! what I love. PTI painted petals. Inks: SU! sahara sand, calypso coral, and crisp cantaloupe. Memento black. Other: SU! button and twine.

Cherish Friendship...

I think my colored pencils are going to be a permanent fixture on my craft table. I seem to be using them more and more as of late! And today is no exception.

Www.seejanestamp.com 7 (532x640)

I stamped my image and then colored it in. I added a bit of blue chalk around the image and a little gray chalk on the floor. The chalk is fairly dark when you view the card in real life and after I took my photos, it hardly shows up!

Www.seejanestamp.com 8 (640x545)

I die cut a curved edge on the white cardstock and then did the same to the pattern paper I added underneath. After I popped up the front on the base, I added the sentiment. The sentiment comes from the SU! mixed drinks stamp set. And although it was intended to pair with the drink images, I think the saying is appropriate any time!

Supplies: CS: SU! white, so saffron, and cupcakes and carousels. Stamps: SU! cherish friendship and mixed drinks. Other: Colored pencils. Chalks. PTI linen impression plate. SSS curved edge die.
