Retro Rubber Challenge 71...
September 12, 2017
Welcome to a new Retro Rubber Challenge! It’s Anything Goes!
I started by stamping a couple of berry images in two shades of pink and green.
Then I added the sentiment from the Reverse Confetti The Lord’s Strength stamp set from 2016. I die cut and then layered over another diecut circle for a bit of interest.
I added a few enamel dots and was done!
Be sure to play along and link up HERE!
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies: CS: PTI white and raspberry fizz. SU! crumbcake. Stamps: PTI beautiful berries summer (2017). RC the Lord’s Strength (2016). Dies: PTI linen impression plate. SSS stitched rectangles. MFT mini scallop stitched circles. Inks: PTI green parakeet, new leaf, hibiscus burst, and raspberry fizz. Memento black. Other: Enamel dots.

Jane, as ever you are so CAS. I love the simple elegance of your card and the colour combo is awesome. I think the sentiment is very topical right now, given the crazy weather events of the last few weeks. Cx

The berries are beautiful. I've been trying to work out whether you masked them or whether they came like that. Lovely either way. The bright circle tucked in behind really brings out their colour. You are a CAS Queen!

This berries are good enough to eat!! Lovely CAS layout as always Jane.
Love the half scalloped circle behind the main panel, how wonderful the way you matched it with the berries.
The enamel dots are a great detail.
Hugs,
Maria.

This is a really thoughtful card to post right now, Jane, in the wake of all the weather and fire disasters. The sentiment and the cheerful colours are just perfect for inspiring hope for better days ahead. CAS is so effective this way, and you've mastered that!
