Retro Rubber Challenge #78...
January 16, 2018
It’s a new year and a new challenge at the Retro Rubber Challenge! It’s a color challenge – white on white with the use of one neutral.
I really struggled with this challenge until I finally came up with this beauty. I used a quilted impression plate and a mini scallop rectangle to die cut this “quilt”.
I added a sentiment and then popped the quilt up on the white card base. My sentiment stamp is from the 2008 Papertrey Ink Quilters Sampler sentiments. I love this card!
Be sure to play along and link up HERE!
Thanks for stopping by today!
Supplies: CS: PTI white. Stamps: PTI quilters sampler sentiments (2008). Dies: Lil Inkers quilted stitched pattern. MFT mini scallop stitched rectangles.

Perfectly done CAS card - as always, Jane! So glad you're in my block, too! ;)

I love this card too! White on white is pretty tough, even with a neutral included, so in the end it's all about texture. I like the quilt theme you've got going and the sentiment is a honey.

Jane, this is absolute perfection. I love the embossing plate details and the scalloped edge die. Cx

Love this! Your quilt is just beautiful and it reminded me that I have those sentiments and haven't used them for ages!

WOW!! I love this beautiful design, how clever to use the embossing plate and then, cut the panel with that beautiful stitched scalloped die, it does look like a gorgeous quilt.
The sentiment is lovely, I'm also happy to be among that block of friends.
Hugs
Maria.
