It’s a new challenge at Retro Rubber!  It’s a photo inspiration so use the colors, items or harvest theme for your card!

My card is super clean and simple.  I stamped a trio of squash and added a sweet sentiment. 

I am using the Stampin’ Up! Gourd Goodness from 2017.  The sentiment is from Clearly Besotted Message Me from 2016.  Finally, I ran the card thru my linen impression plate and was done.

We are starting a new challenge at Retro Rubber!  It’s a tic tac toe courtesy of Jan Clothier.  I puzzled a bit on this one and finally went for the bottom row of animals, windows and circles.

I rolled the window and circles together by die cutting a stitched circle in the card front that I popped up on the card base.

Before adding the card front, however, I stamped this sweet puppy and colored with my pencils.  It is from the SU! Bella & Friends.  This stamp set came out in 2016 and I purchased it as soon as I saw it that year.

I added a bit of chalk around the image to ground the little guy and then stamped the sentiment on the card front.  I love the saying and always think of Toy Story when I see it.  And now I am humming the tune.

We have a new challenge at As You See It!  A fun sketch that you can do a lot of things with!

I opted for my first Halloween card of the year.  Using pattern paper I created a number of flags and adhered to the white card base.

I added the sentiment and a bit of thick twine as per the sketch!

Welcome to the October House of Cards Challenge.  Use either the colors in the challenge image, autumn flowers or both.

As usual, I did a smidge of both.  I started with a sunflower that I stamped in daffodil delight and peekaboo peach.  I love the depth that I get from the peach ink.

I added the leaves and the sentiment before drawing a line and dots in the opposite corner to balance the card.  Finally, I ran through the trusty linen impression plate.
