Ok..here we go:
Help us celebrate 100 challenges!!
I am so excited to be celebrating 100 challenges! When I started this challenge, I never dreamed we would still be going at 100!
You may just be starting the blog hop or hopped here from Jan Clothier.
I opted for the balloons, ink smooshing and glitter for my card! I am using this sweet balloon giraffe from Close To My Heart Balloon Animals from 2016. I heat embossed it in white on a piece of water color paper.
I also heat embossed the sentiment before doing my ink smooshing. I die cut the watercolor paper, adhered to the card base and added glitter dots and rhinestones.
Thank you for checking out our Retro Rubber Blog Hop! Play along and link up HERE!
***Be sure to leave a comment to win a brand new retro prize. Comment on each of the design team blogs for a chance to win!!***

Ooh - that heat embossing is so effective with the smooshed background - a 'less is more' effectiveness. Awesome card!

Jane - Love the colors in your smoosh and especially the minimalist use of ink! All that white space is great and it makes a great card!

Ah Jane, our wonderful leader. Thank you so much for all you do to keep us together and the challenge fun. Love, love your card. That is a great ink smoosh. I bet you would like my fave technique - die-cut freezer paper, iron it on, watercolour over it and you get the same effect as your card, I like it because ironing on the items means no bleed. Cx
