Retro Rubber Challenge 105...

It’s a new challenge at Retro Rubber and we have a surprise for you!  We are partnering with Try Stampin’ on Tuesday!  We are using their sketch and pairing it with our requirement to use stamps older than a year.  This is double the fun! You can link up your entry with both challenges.

RRCB 105

I love a good sketch and this was a fun one!  I pulled out my W+9 Punny Produce: Peaches from 2014 and set to work.  I stamped the peach in black, peach parfait and pear pizzazz before die cutting the mini scalloped square. rrcb 105 1 (524x640)

Using my flag dies from Reverse Confetti, I die cut flags in some plaid and solid paper and stapled them together instead of running the flags across the top.  Then I popped up the mini square and added the sentiment! rrcb 105 2 (640x476)

I love this card!  Play along with Try Stampin’ and RRCB by linking up HERE and HERE!

Thanks for stopping by!

Poppies For AYSI...

It’s time for a new As You See It challenge.  This is a fill in the blank challenge.

#194 2.15.19

When I think simple, I think clean and simple.  I love a one layer card so I started with this lovely poppy image that I used my chalks on and then decided to add one small layer with my sentiment. aysi 194 1 (548x640)

Retro Rubber Challenge 104...

It’s a new challenge at Retro Rubber!  Jan Clothier created a fun tic tac toe challenge for us!

RRCB 104

I went with birthday, washi and butterflies!  I punched three mini butterflies using some plaid paper, perfect plum and granny apple green. rrcb 104 1 (555x640)

I used several pieces of washi tape before adding the butterflies.  My sentiment, from PTI Ways to Say Birthday from 2017, is stamped on a washi tape die cut that I popped up for some visual interest.  I finished off with a bit of bling. rrcb 104 2 (640x430)

As You See It 193...

It’s a new challenge at As You See It!  This challenge requires using all of the elements listed on the challenge image.  I love these challenges!!

#193 2.1.19

I started with a card base of white and added some pattern paper in both dots and stripes.  The pattern paper is poppy parade so I added a bit of solid poppy parade to separate the patterns. aysi 193 1 (575x640)
