Welcome to a new As You See It Challenge.  This one is fill in the blank!

My favorite color to wear is lime green!  So I used my retro circles and some lemon lime twist ink to stencil the background.

Then I added the sentiment that I backed with a bit of black.  I finished off with a few black rhinestones.
