Retro Rubber Challenge 116...

It’s a new challenge at Retro Rubber and it is a delightful tic tac toe.

RRCB 116

I bounced around for a while before finally deciding which row I was going to tackle.  I ended up with the pattern paper/romance/enamel dots or gems.  I started with a card base of balmy blue and added this sweet piece of butterfly pattern paper.

Then I die cut and embossed the arch using my inspiration impression plate right after I added the sentiment.  My apologies if the impression plate is hard to see – it is various inspirational words.  It did not photo well at all!  My sentiment comes from my PTI ways to say I love you from 2017.

I popped up the arch and then added my rhinestones and dots.

Lovely card Jane, the blue base really lifts it and the scattered dots and rhinestones are a perfect finishing touch!

Love this, very elegant Jane, I like the enamel dots and blingy bits, adding a bit of extra dimension. Cx
