Welcome to a new Retro Rubber Challenge!  It’s a Tic Tac Toe and I opted for one word, die cut and pattern paper.

I started by die cutting a piece of white card stock and adhered to some pattern paper.  Then I die cut with my stitched rectangle die and adhered to the lemon lime twist card base.

I stamped the sentiment (from the PTI uncorked stamp set from 2014) and added a die cut bottle to finish it off.  A perfect card for an upcoming celebration of any sort!
