Retro Rubber Challenge 151...

Welcome to a new challenge at Retro Rubber!  It’s a color challenge to use black, grey, white and red.

RRCB 151

I started by die cutting a heart out of cherry cobbler and adhering to the white base.  I die cut two thermoses out of cherry cobbler plaid and grey plaid before adding a black lid/cup.

Finally I added the sentiment (from PTI Cozy Christmas from 2016) and some bling.  This card takes me back to my childhood and when my dad would head out to work on the farm he always had his thermos of coffee.  I miss those days!

Oh what a sweet card. I just used our ancient thermos, to send hot chocolate to the sledding hill with DS. Love them in plaid!

What a clever layout. I like the way you've balanced the thermoses, even to having the handles in opposite directions.

Love, love the pattern papers on your thermos', I have a couple of those as in your card from when my hubby went to work, he's retired now, thank goodness!!
Beautiful and romantic and indeed, it warms your heart.
Stay healthy and safe, my dear.
XO
