Welcome to a new Retro Rubber Challenge!  We are all about pastel colors for this challenge.

I stamped the hello sentiment from my SSS flip flop season stamp set from 2015.  I colored using pastel alcohol makers.

Then I stamped some confetti images in pastel colors using my PTI birthday cheer stamp set from 2015.  I die cut the hello and popped up over the confetti and was done!
