Retro Rubber Challenge 174...

It’s a new Retro Rubber Challenge!  It’s a color challenge to kick off the new year and we are using colors from the 1950s.  We have to use three of these five colors – pastel pink/yellow/green/blue/turquoise.

I opted for four of the colors and took advantage of using some 1950s style stamps as well.  These stamps are all from Pink Persimmon’s Hello Vintage Girl (2011), Style Girl (2012) and Classic Pattern (2013).  I stamped all the images and then colored in the scissors and the very stylish lady.

I die cut using a curved stitched die and then popped it up on a mint macaron base and was done!

I just love your card, it is definitely "my style." My mom used to make her four daughter's clothes. So I really gravitate toward noitons, patterns, all things sewing...So sad this is retired! Loving the image and sentiment and also the colors you used and such an even beautiful job coloring! Love it, Love it

This is not only great for the color theme but also for the time frame, so neat!
