Retro Rubber Challenge 186...
July 05, 2022
It’s a new Retro Rubber Challenge! It’s time for a sketch challenge!
I started by die cutting a cattail out of white cardstock and then coloring with my alcohol markers. I die cut a pierced square and stamped the sentiment from my Papertrey Ink Phrases and Praises stamp set from 2015.
I cut a couple of washi tags and then layered everything together. Finally, I added the rest of the sentiment to line up with the sketch requirements and was done!
Play along and link up HERE!
Thanks for stopping by!
Supplies: CS: PTI rustic white. Dies: Cattail. MFT pierced squares. SSS washi tape. PTI linen plate. Stamps: PTI phrases and praises (2015). Inks: Stampin’ blends – old olive and crumbcake.

Wow, Jane, this is glorious! LOVE the sentiment, and your perfect cattails are amazing! Such wonderful coloring!

This is just lovely Jane! I really like the way you have allowed the cattails to carry the show and what a wonderful sentiment that is too! Thanks so much for having me guest with you this challenge. Vicky x
