Sunset Silhouettes For AYSI...

It’s a new challenge at As You See It!  It’s a color challenge to use petal pink, polished pink, orchid oasis and starry sky.

#279 7.15.22

Using the required colors, I did a little blending of the colors using my linen stencil.  I then die cut the paper to create the background for my flower silhouette.

I used my SU! harvest dies to die cut the flower from starry sky paper and then adhered to the blended paper.  I layered on white card stock and then popped up a sentiment as the final touch.  I loved how this turned out.

That background is so glorious, Jane - love how it cam out with this stencil! I have to do more of that. I'm a huge fan of this stem, too - so elegant!

What a superb background! The bands of colour, broken by that crisp, white lattice is sensational.

Jane that stencilled background is awesome and totally mesmerising - it makes for a fabulous card! The single silhouette stem adds the perfect focal point too. I love it!

I was so drawn to your background, Jane! It's amazing and really draws your eyes to the flower focal point! Brilliant concept!
