Hugs For AYSI...

It’s a new challenge at As You See It!  It’s a color challenge to use polished pink, sweet sorbet, Tahitian tide and night of navy on your card.

#291 1.27.23

I love a good collage card and these colors are perfect for making that happen.  I stamped the floral image in night of navy and then added the background in the rest of the required colors.

I used my deckled edges to die cut the card front and a piece of night of navy to back that.  It makes a great pop of color and helps draw your eye to the images.  I added some sweet sorbet dots and was done.

This is just lovely Jane - you inspired me to have another look at this set in the catalogue!

The more I see the Deckled dies, the more I like them. Ranunculus Romance was first on my list at the launch of the last catalogue but I've not used them nearly enough. You give me encouragement to get them out again with this pretty card.

I love the way your sentiment just tucks under the collage stamping on this beautiful card like a puzzle piece that just fit in perfectly! These colours all work so well together for the collage assortment, too! I love the Ranunculus Romance set as well and have to get it out again.

I love it when a collage card looks so effortless and perfect as yours does Jane - but I know it will have taken much skill and thought to create such a flawless, co-ordinated layout (I know this because collage-style cards are most definitely not my strongpoint!) Just beautiful.
