It’s a new Retro Rubber Challenge!  It’s a color challenge to use to use midnight blue, violet blue, sky blue and white.

I really struggled with this challenge because I just couldn’t come up with something that I really liked.  In the end, I played around with some collage stamping which is a go to for me. 

I used the required colors with my Stampin’ Up! French Foliage (2011) and Artfully Layered (2022) and my Clearly Besotted Message Me (2016).  I die cut using a postage die cut, popped it up and was done!

It’s a new challenge at As You See It!  It’s a color challenge to use melon mambo, crushed curry, granny apple green and mossy meadow.

I stamped and heat embossed in black before water coloring using the four required colors.  This stamp lends itself to water coloring and I liked that I could soften the boldness of the colors.    

I did some black speckles on the card and die cut with my deckled edges.  Finally, I added some black rhinestones before adhering to the base.

It’s a new Retro Rubber Challenge!  It’s a theme challenge to make a card using winter related stamps and/or papers.

I started out by stamping and die cutting the bench, pillows, blanket, book and cup.  I used my Papertrey Ink Winter Bench stamp set from 2022.  I opted for some bright colors cause we all need a little bright in the winter!

I stamped the sentiment (Papertrey Ink Winter Hills (2012) and then adhered all the bits and pieces to the card front.  I couldn’t resist adding the sweet heart button as a last minute touch.

It’s a new challenge at As You See It!  It’s a fun sketch challenge!

I decided to die cut the word love as my four shapes per the sketch.  I die cut three of each letter and then stacked together.  I dug out a piece of pattern paper, cut it down a bit and then used a curved edge.

I wanted to stick with the one color theme so I die cut a piece of highland heather to go under the pattern paper and then layered everything according to the sketch.  I added a few rhinestones to add a bit of bling and was done.
