Pretty In Pink For AYSI...
May 10, 2024
It’s a new challenge at As You See It! We have a recipe challenge to use an embossing folder, black, white, one other color and die cut.
I opted to stamp my image (in pretty in pink as my one other color) randomly on the white card stock. Then I embossed with my tasteful texture embossing folder.
I stamped the sentiment, die cut it as well as the white card front. Then I adhered the card front to the pretty in pink cardstock and then onto black. Finally, I added a strip of black behind the sentiment to anchor everything together.

Supplies: CS: SU! white, black and pretty in pink. Stamps: SU! faith in nature. Dies: SU! stitched rectangles and tasteful texture embossing folder. Inks: SU! pretty in pink.

The soft pink colour along with the whispy foral gives a real softness to your card Jane and the embossing gives an almost linen feel. Just beautiful - and what a wonderful sentiment too.

I love the embedded look of a stamped image run through an embossing folder. The texture is subtle but significant! Very pretty card, Jane.
