Sea Turtles AYSI Style...

It’s a new challenge at As You See It!  It’s a fun sketch challenge!

#332 9.13.24

This was such a great sketch!  So much so that I broke out my brand new SU! sea turtle stamp set.  Team member Jan Clothier is a champ at this set and after all of her beautiful cards – I had to have it!  (I just hope I did it justice!)

I started by running some white card stock thru my dotted circles embossing folder and my linen plate.  Then I die cut using my stitched rectangles.  I should have done this in reverse order because it flattened all my circles.  Lol.  Then I added some dsp and the twine.

I stamped the water and turtle, die cutting using the stitched rectangle and fussy cutting the turtle.  I added the sentiment and then put everything together according to the sketch.

HAHAHA! Glad to have been an enabler for you! When I saw this card, I was going to tell you how much I love this set and how much use I've had from it... but then I didn't need to. I love the various textures you've layered in and yet you've still kept this a clean and crisp design. Love it!

I love all the bubbles with stamps and embossing folders! They look great, Jane. And the turtle makes a great focal point on top of all of them!

Not you as well Jane!! I have been resisting this set, but the more fab cards I see with it, the more I feel like I NEED it in my collection lol! I totally blame Jan!!! I love the bright colours you've used on your card - that turtle really pops!
