It’s a new Retro Rubber Challenge!  It’s a theme challenge to make a birthday card.

I started with this sweet image since the pup already had a balloon.  It’s from my Stampin’ Up Bella and Friends stamp set from 2016.  I colored in using my alcohol markers.

I added the sentiment from SU! Happiness Abounds (2022), added some chalk around the images and die cut with my deckled rectangles.  I popped that up on the card base and was done!
