It’s a new challenge at Retro Rubber! We are partnering with the Double Trouble Challenge so you can play along with both!
We have a sketch challenge on which you must use at least one stamp older than a year. The requirements for the Double Trouble Challenge are:
- Thing 1 – Trouble Maker: 3-2-1 Recipe: 3 colors – 2 embellishments – 1 old stamp
- Thing 3 – Twisted Sister: Follow our RRCB sketch with at least one angular shape.
- Thing 2 – Double Dare (Optional): If you used the RRCB sketch and the 3-2-1 Recipe be sure to link your card Double Trouble’s challenge to receive an additional chance to be in Double Trouble’s random draw.
I started with a soft green polka dot panel and added a hexagon shape instead of the triangle. I used my Rubbernecker Summer Meadow stamps that I have had for several years and colored them using some distress inks.
I added a piece of summer starfruit paper to add a little pop and then added the sentiment (from Simon Says Stamp You Got This – 2017) and embellishments. I followed our sketch and Thing 1 and 3 for the Double Trouble Challenge.
Play along and link up HERE for Retro Rubber and HERE for Double Trouble.
